• Determine the date, place, studio, filming, audience attendance, and age range of the guests

• Sign your Contract

Payment Schedules:

• The balance of the artist / event fees are due prior to the Performance,
• Where the show runs for one month or more, the show fees are due on Friday each week.
• Fortnightly or Monthly payments may be arranged for regular proven clients.  

Commitment

A signed contract is a legally binding document, agreeing to the purchase of a production or artist.

Should a cancellation be necessary, CEP management must be advised in writing no less than 42 days before the contract commencement.

The cancellation will not be effective until management receives the notification.

Cancellations made within 7 days of contract commencement are subject to a 65% surcharge of the fee.

We will ensure that arrangements are carried out as per the contract.
