6.) That in the event of circumvention by media party, directly or indirectly, under the Media IP address the media agree to provide minimum legal monetary and compensation of US$1.6 million (One million six hundred thousand United States Dollars).

7.) This Agreement is valid to all agreements between the parties herein and enforceable in any UK court, U.S. court, or any country under a United Nations Treaty Law including Australia and through the Interpol Geneva convention Policing agreement.

8.) Under the privilege information of internet use governed by your internet service provider when connected media have agreed to obey all rules of IP internet use under IP connection agreements.
